Here's my point of view

During my stay, I found the Deluxe King Room remarkably clean and comfortable. The complimentary Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, ensuring smooth streaming. The amenities like a refrigerator and coffee maker were appreciable touches. For the price, this place offers great value, making it an option I would readily return to!

Clean room, comfortable beds gave a decent night’s sleep. The back door access to get luggage in was a nice touch, avoiding the hassle of navigating through the main entrance.

The bathroom light was out during my stay, and despite the promise of maintenance, it was never fixed. No apologies offered for the inconvenience, which made getting ready quite difficult. Additionally, there was no direct access from the parking lot to the rooms, making lugging suitcases a chore. The check-in process was disorganized. rooms weren't ready until nearly check-in time, creating unnecessary stress for incoming guests.

The Beautiful King Room was spacious and attractively designed. It had nice furniture, a fridge, and was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed the strong Wi-Fi. Convenient for shopping and dining, I had a pleasant stay.

The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were well furnished, making for a comfortable stay.

The lack of facilities like a microwave in the room forced us to go down to the ground floor each time to warm our food, which was quite inconvenient.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel with family, especially because of its proximity to great attractions like the Aquarium du Québec. The clean room was perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city and enjoying the nearby restaurants.

My wife says that the bathroom could use a brighter light.

it’s astounding that a hotel would give us a room with a leaking ceiling. Also, the air conditioning was so loud, it interrupted my beauty sleep. i expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but apparently that’s too much to ask in a place like this. i almost thought about leaving a good review, but just couldn’t.

Wi-Fi worked well. clean room and free parking were great, but check-in was chaotic.

Our Deluxe King Room was clean and pretty comfy. We loved having a fridge to keep drinks cold. The bed was nice to sleep in, but the room felt a bit basic overall. The breakfast was decent with a variety of breads, but nothing too fancy. The free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch! Just wish there was a microwave in the room, so we didn't have to run to the lobby for it.

Wi-Fi was fast and the 24-hour reception was convenient, but check-in was disorganized.

Overall, I had a decent stay with a comfortable bed and strong wifi, but the shower had unlabeled soap dispensers and the bathroom floor got wet easily.

the bed was comfy and the room had a fridge. bathroom lighting was weird.
